When you start working with us as a white-label partner, it is important to know exactly what to expect from the very beginning. That is why we follow a clear and proven process. It gives you full transparency and helps you keep an overview from payment to final handover of your LuxAIaaS white-label system.
Our goal is to combine quality, structure and personal support. We do not work on an ad hoc basis. Instead, we follow a step-by-step approach that ensures clean results, clear responsibilities and a smooth start. Your active participation helps move the process forward efficiently.
Step 1: Start and Access
As soon as the contract is signed and payment is received, we officially start the collaboration. You will immediately receive access to our onboarding system.
Step 2: Onboarding and Preparation
During onboarding, you gain access to all relevant courses, templates and use cases. This allows you to fully understand the system and its capabilities before going live.
Step 3: Your Required Information
Next, we collect the key information we need from you, such as your preferred name, domain or selected package. No technical knowledge is required. Clear and simple inputs are all we need.
Step 4: Domain Connection
You will receive the required DNS records from us. These records connect your domain to our platform and establish the technical foundation of your white-label solution.
Step 5: Ongoing Collaboration
To ensure smooth communication, we add you to our white-label email distribution list and create a shared Teams chat. This way, you always have direct access to our team throughout the entire process.
Step 6: Personal Meetings
We schedule three short meetings with you. A start and handover call at the beginning, a support and Q&A call approximately one week later, and a final review meeting for feedback and final adjustments. These meetings ensure clarity, alignment and personal guidance.
Step 7: Website Goes Live
Once the domain is correctly connected, we launch your website using a proven standard template. This allows your platform to go online quickly and reliably.
Step 8: Individual Customization
After the initial launch, we adapt the design, content and structure according to your requirements. This is where your individual white-label presence takes shape.
Step 9: Handover and Go-Live
After a final quality check, we hand over your fully configured LuxAIaaS white-label system. The handover typically takes place no earlier than around two weeks after payment, depending on scope and coordination.
